MISSION REPORT

November 5, 2007

Dear Brethren,

            We greet you again from the “Great Lakes State” in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Truly, brethren, you are helping us beyond our expectations and your prayers are greatly appreciated.

            Our attendance this month has been good with four new visitors and others visitors who continue to attend the services. We thank you again brethren for your continued support of this great work of the Lord. We could not do as much as we are doing without your help. You all are making a difference in our world!

             We have installed the storage building from a local company. We took a step of faith, believing that we have a need for outside storage, we bought the building and had it installed on the property. We have paid for the building (total cost $2,865.00) from our general funds leaving the mission with a much lower balance. 

            We are in need of a new lawn mower for our property. We have 6.3 acres of land and must mow four to five acres of grass. The need is for a mower that will do the job and hold up for a long time. A commercial mower is necessary, which increases the cost! We have asked the local lawn “experts” and each one suggested a zero turn mower. The cost will be great but then we will be set for a long time. The unit we are looking at is the Gravely 260M XDX http://www.gravely.com/products/zeroturn/260mxdz/default.asp . The retail price, (are you ready for this) is $9,200 but the non-prophet price for us would be $6,900. We need help to fill this need. Would you consider helping us with an offering for the yard equipment? Yes, it is winter time but now is the time to consider the future.
