• Thank you, thank you, thank you! -- The Vacation Bible School committee wishes to thank everyone who contributed their time, talent and supplies to this year’s event. • Humor in the pews -- A police car pulled in the driveway of a house. From out of the car, an elderly gentleman and policeman emerged, went to the door and rang the bell. An elderly woman answered the door, and was startled to see her husband standing there with the officer. "We found him in the park," the polite policeman explained. "He said he was lost and couldn’t find his way home."
